Milsons Point
Aqua at Milsons Point
Aqua is a restaurant at Milsons Point, on the north shore of Sydney Harbour rather than the city side of it. It takes the level above North Sydney Olympic Pool, at the corner of Northcliff and Paul Streets, with Luna Park next door and the water and the city in front. The North Shore address counts for something here: far enough from the CBD to look back at it, close enough that the cityscape is what the restaurant looks at.
The restaurant is closed while the building is renovated, and reopens in 2026. The room that returns is being built to a clear brief: refined but not stiff, bold at the table, theatrical rather than quiet, serving lunch and dinner above the pool with Luna Park beside it and the city in front.
Until the doors open, the team is taking enquiries and registering interest for 2026 on (02) 9964 9998 and at [email protected]. Aqua is on Instagram and Facebook under its own name, and hours, menus and bookings will be announced ahead of the reopening.

Getting here
The door is on the corner of Northcliff and Paul Streets, above the pool and beside Luna Park. Cars, taxis and rideshares can pull up outside. Meters cover the kerbs nearby, and if they are full there are secure parking stations a few minutes on foot, at Milsons Point and at Kirribilli.
The train is the simplest way in: Milsons Point station is a short walk from the door, and ferries call at Milsons Point Wharf nearby.
Access
A wheelchair can get in without steps: the entry is level and a lift runs inside the building.
