The new Aqua takes private dining and events from its reopening in 2026, in a room built around the view of the harbour and the city.

130 seated · 150 cocktail
Aqua takes over for occasions: a room above the North Sydney Olympic Pool, layered with art and interiors with a little theatre in them, for milestone dinners, corporate events and the bigger celebrations.
Seated it holds up to 130, or 150 for a cocktail party, with menus and drinks set for the night.
